1. General provisions

1.1 The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that Iryna Anatoliivna Hrydzhuk, Individual Entrepreneur (PHOKPP) 2835304469, address: Kyiv region, Vyshneve, Lypova st., building 8 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) may obtain about the User, who is simultaneously the Buyer, Payer and Recipient (hereinafter referred to as the User) during his/her use of the Website, which belongs to the Seller and on which the Seller’s services are provided.

1.2. By using the Website, the User consents to the use of his personal data, which he enters on the Seller's Website, to provide him with the services offered on https://www.3d-embroidery.com. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Website.

This provision is valid without limitation of validity.

 

2.2. The source of personal data collection is information directly and voluntarily provided by the User himself.

 

2.3. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Seller during their use using the software installed on the device, including - -
cookie information, information about the User's device:

- the Internet Protocol address of the User's computer (for example, IP address)

- browser type, browser version

- service pages, time of visit by the User, time spent on these pages

- unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data, type of mobile device, IP address of the mobile device, mobile operating system, type of mobile Internet browser, cookies and other data of these files.

 

2.4. The information that the Seller collects includes data, for example, on the number of users who have visited the Seller's Website, the pages that have been visited, data on whether the User has visited https://www.3d-embroidery.com the Seller before, and helps the Seller determine the services in which the User is most interested. 3.1 The Seller collects and stores personal data that are necessary to provide services to the User, they are processed with consent to the processing of personal data, for the purposes and methods specified in section 2, except for cases where the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for the period specified by law.

5. Measures taken to protect the User's personal data

When processing personal data, the Seller takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal information, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to the User's personal information in relation to the Seller's processing of personal data and the requirements of the legislation on personal data.

The processing of Users' personal data is carried out on equipment located in a secure room with limited access by designated employees of the Seller and only in accordance with their professional or labor duties. 6. Obligations of the Seller and the User

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.1.2. Notify the Seller of any changes to his/her personal data no later than 3 business days from the date of their change.

 

6.2. The Seller is obliged to:

 

6.2.1. Use the received personal data of the User exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and the Rules of programs/promotions, if any.

 

6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of the User's personal data;

 

6.2.3. Perform other duties stipulated by the Privacy Policy and the legislation of Ukraine.

 

7. Additional terms and conditions

7.1. The Privacy Policy is posted on the Seller's Website.

 

7.2. The Seller stores the Users' personal data for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes of processing such data. Personal data may be destroyed in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine or in accordance with the User's official request within 30 calendar days.

 

7.3. If the Seller has made changes to the Privacy Policy with which the User does not agree, he is obliged to stop using the Seller's Website. The fact of continued use of the Website is confirmation of the User's consent and acceptance of the relevant version of the Privacy Policy. The Company recommends that the User periodically review the Policy for any changes.
